Okay… so this is not a problem I ever thought I’d be facing two years ago… but here I am posting about it 🤷🏻♀️😅
We currently have 15!! 🤯 people on our waiting list, which is WILD and both exciting and overwhelming.🤣
So first of all, thank you so much to every single person who’s enquired about joining VIVA!
We’ve actually been at capacity since November 2025, operating on a one in, one out system whenever a membership becomes available.
With so many enquiries recently, I’ve realised the waiting list process now needs to be a little more streamlined to make it as fair as possible for everyone.
Everyone’s circumstances are different. Some people are ready to start straight away, while others are planning ahead for September or later and that’s absolutely fine!
To make sure the process stays fair for everyone, I’ve realised we need a clearer waiting list system.
So, from today, when a membership becomes available:
1️⃣I’ll contact people in the order they joined the waiting list.
2️⃣You’ll be invited to book one complimentary class, which you’ll need to attend within 7 days.
3️⃣After your class, you’ll have 48 hours to decide if VIVA is the right fit and secure your membership before the space is offered to the next person.
4️⃣If now isn’t the right time when I get in touch, that’s absolutely fine too. Just let me know and I’ll happily keep you on the waiting list for a future space or remove you if your plans have changed.
I hope this makes the process clearer and fairer for everyone.
