BIG NEWS happening here at Rhythm Time Loughborough!

As some of you are already aware, Rhythm Time Loughborough has been on the market. The exciting news is that we have been successful! Jen at Rhythm Time Leicester is set to take over from the end of June.

This means that I will be hanging up my maracas after a wonderful 5 years. I have many mixed emotions but am looking forward to my new chapter happy that Rhythm Time Loughborough can continue in safe hands.

My last classes will be this week. I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you who has supported our journey, some people returning with second and even third babies. It has been an absolute pleasure to be part of your little ones early development and to get to know you all. It is the end of an era!

I'm sure I will see many of you around in soft plays, classes and children's attractions.

It is too easy to compare yourself and your baby to others. But every baby is different, and this means their sleep patterns differ greatly too.

The truth is, babies wake up for their own safety. Encouraging your baby to sleep longer or deeper than their stage of development could be dangerous, and may increase the risk of SIDS.

Every baby is so different – so don’t compare yours to others, or feel like you’re doing something wrong. Remind yourself, this Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week, that you, like all of us, are doing the best you can.💛
