A Level Results Day is nearly here! 🎓

If you’re booking your accommodation, make sure you’re ready for your booking time slot. ⏰

Be ready to log in when your time slot opens. You won’t be able to access it early! 💻

Have a list of your preferred accommodation options ready, but keep an open mind about what’s available. 🏡

It’s also a good idea to have a few backup choices you’d be happy with, just in case your first choice has gone. 🔄

Most importantly, don’t panic! Take a look at what’s available and choose the option that works best for you. 🙌

Renting off campus? There’s been a change you need to know about… 🏡

From today (1 May 2026), new rules under the Renters’ Rights Act are now in place for most private student tenancies.

This means things like:

More flexibility with rolling contracts ✅
Clearer rules around rent and payments ✅
Stronger protections for tenants ✅

If you’re planning to rent (or have already signed), it’s really important to understand how this might affect you before making any decisions.
