Such an enjoyable day.. precious time with my grandkids, talking reflexology, chatting about reiki, discussing some relationship ideas with a lady who wants some tips and helping someone who wants some energy management techniques. All in one day..such fun!
A few weeks ago we had the beautiful Chantel C. Lucier come to stay. We a gorgeous time we had! Fun times, beautiful weather and such lovely places.
We enjoyed the garden, went to Beacon Hill where the views were awesome, To see Chantel in her element was a joy, I also managed to get to the top of the hill and safely manouvered back down. We drove round the leicestershire countryside. Laughed no end... and chatted endlessly. So grateful to David for getting her here and for joining us for a summer evening in the garden.
One trip that we took was a trip out to Matlock Bath..on a quiet sunsoaked Monday. It was glorious! What a fabulous time we spent together.
Who would have thought that our 1st meeting in New York.. we arent 100% sure when but maybe when i was teaching in 2009.. led to this fabulous time. Chantel was a joy to spend time with and we look forward to her next trip in 2027! Planning already!

I am very much looking forward to presenting at this super conference in September. A great line up and lots happening.
I am presenting via zoom for two sessions and looking forward to seeing new and old friends. These conferences are such a special occassion and one I hugely value.
This is every reflexologists chance to meet like minded people, connect with heart driven colleagues and enjoy learning with laughter too.
I don't think its possible to put into words what it feels like to attend a conference. It's so incredibly rewarding as it's so much more than a 'conference'. Friendships are made, lessons learned and memories are created for years to come.
I will be presenting via Zoom as my dearest wish is to attend in person however my powerchair living means that's so longer possible. I am therefore very honoured to be presenting at this conference and it means so much.
So let's celebrate this conference and meet up in person or (in my case) over Zoom.

Life is good to us. We keep making adjustments and keep enjoying life. We enjoy the good times and are so thankful to all our amazing friends and people we have met over the years. Our trips around the globe pop up on our photo frame in the living room and we add to it all the time with things we do here too. You know me..always have my phone camera to hand!
Thank you to each and everyone one of you! Looking forward to all that's coming up with connections, teaching and new updated website thats almost there..lots of works been going on behind the scenes.

Today I’m choosing steadiness over intense productivity.
If you’re doing the same — you’re in good company. I’m noticing how many of us live on “standby mode” — always listening, anticipating, ready to respond.
I’m practising something new: standing down when nothing is actually wrong.
It’s uncomfortable. And it’s changing everything.
So stand down folks! And stand up for yourself.
Change is happening - quietly, softly and meaningfully.
