🌈🦋 CELEBRATING 60 YEARS OF OUR COMMUNITY 🦋🌈

As part of our 60th anniversary celebrations, we wanted to create something that truly represented the heart of our setting - our children, their creativity and our wonderful community.

So, we launched a Logo Design Competition, inviting our children to get creative and design their own ideas for a new logo. 🎨✨

We are absolutely delighted to announce that our winning design was created by Cali, aged 3! 💛

Cali’s beautiful drawing has now been transformed into our brand-new East Leake Pre-School logo, making it extra special to know that the artwork at the heart of our new identity came from one of our very own children. 🌈

Our rainbow has become a particularly meaningful part of our new identity too, as it represents our sensory calming room - a special space within our setting where children can take some time to feel calm, regulate and simply be themselves. 💚

This new logo is just one part of an exciting new chapter for us. As we celebrate 60 years of being a community setting, we are incredibly proud to have also launched our new website and new uniform, alongside our new visual identity.

For 60 years, East Leake Pre-School has been a place where children can grow, learn, play, build friendships and thrive, supported by our dedicated staff, families and wider community. 🌱

We are so proud of our history, our achievements and the wonderful community that has helped make our setting what it is today - and we’re incredibly excited for the future.

A huge congratulations to Cali and a big thank you to all of the children who took part in our competition and shared their creativity with us. 🥰

Best Start in Life Steps for School

We had the wonderful Ryan from Kixx Loughborough with us today, teaching the children some fantastic football skills ⚽️

They all took part brilliantly and had so much fun – it was lovely to see their confidence and enthusiasm grow throughout the session!

📢 Bank Staff / Cover Needed – Level 3 Early Years

We are currently looking for reliable and experienced Level 3 qualified Early Years practitioners to join our bank staff team for cover.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is flexible, passionate about working with children, and able to step into a busy setting when needed.

✨ Requirements:
• Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Experience working within an early years setting
• A positive, proactive attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt quickly

📍 Flexible hours available to support staff absence and ratio cover.
