Yet another MEGA weekend of racing from these Rioters, both home and away…

🇨🇿 70.3 Hradec Králové

Francesca Smith had one of those magic days where it all comes together, set up well by a fantastic swim exiting the water in 2nd. She worked hard on the bike and “emptied the tank” on the run to end with a sprint finish for 4th Pro and a PB Pro result 🏆 💰 Incredible! The most hard working and dedicated athlete and so, so well deserved. Onwards 💪🏼

🇬🇧 IM UK Leeds

anna0lawson took the Overall WIN 🥇 in emphatic style… Albeit with a bike/run race after cancelled swim, but this didn’t phase her. She pretty much lead from gun to tape clocking a 2hr59 marathon split to finish off her EPIC day 🤩 Just amazing! So much fun working with her 🚀 watch this space for even more… she’s just getting started 🔥

🇩🇰 IM Copenhagen

Josef Bonavia took on this stellar race and things were looking good to begin with, but then a bike mechanical late on the bike made it tricky/dangerous for him. He toughed it out and clung on until 30km(!) on the run before calling it a day. Shame… but we know he’ll be back stronger 😈 🔥 Defo WON competition for Riot poster boy 😎

As always, we are proud of each and every Rioter out there giving it their all day in, day out. It is our honour to support the highs, the lows and everything in between ✊🏼

Mega weekend at Outlaw Triathlon for Rioters yet again… There’s something that just syncs for Rioters at these races. Kudos Iain Hamilton and team for creating something so special for us all 👌🏼

Katherine Amps is our 👑 taking the Outlaw OG WIN and is now the current British Long Distance Champion 🇬🇧 😏 SO well deserved and worth waiting for. Congratulations lovely!

took the overall WIN in classy style with a smile 😃 So great to see her back at the pointy end of Triathlons again. Roll on Leeds 💪🏼

finished 8th AG with his family cheering 📣 Keep on chipping away… more to come 📈

came 🥈 in the Team Relay 👏🏼

We seem to have a thing for WINNING races this year 🥲 🧡 2/2 on the ladies side so far 👯‍♀️!

🇬🇧 Odyssey at Box End Inter Services Triathlon Champs

continued his season of fantastic form to take the overall WIN 🥇 making him the first ever Masters athlete to do so at 46 💪🏼

took 2nd AG 🥈 4th Overall

🇩🇪 Challenge Roth

completed this bucket list event in 11:05 to claim that square🏅 👏🏼

Another Monday swings around and some Rioters were maximising the amazing domestic circuit in 🇬🇧 for their benefit…

Norfolk Superhero Challenge

& paired up to take on the unique 🏊‍♀️ 🛶 🚴‍♀️ 🏃‍♀️ format through the mud 💩 cackling as they went to take the overall WIN of the Lady Hamilton Trophy 🏆 in 04:55:21. Fastest swim and bike too! Fantastic job ladies 💪🏼 💪🏼

Dambuster Triathlon, Rutland Water

added another fantastic race to his season so far to nab 2nd Overall 🥈 and 1st AG 🥇02:02:23 👏🏼 Reliable Ed strikes again!

is building back nicely to finish 5th AG with everything moving in right direction ⬆️ 02:10:08 💪🏼 We’ll get you back to that AG podium mate!

Big thanks to for helping Rioters access their races so seamlessly. If you’ve never raced one of their races then we highly recommend you do! Some fun ones still to come this year, and maybe for all the family to enjoy too 😏 🌒 🏊‍♂️

had the race of his life with a huge PB of 4:48 😃 Plenty more to come…

🇨🇭 70.3 Rapperswil-Jona

finished 9th in his first ever 70.3 just a month after getting a TT bike and being a swimming beginner. Ran a 1hr22 off the bike to get his roll down slot for WC in Nice ✔️ 🇫🇷 🎟️

🇺🇸 70.3 Omaha

got his first AG trophy to finish 5th and also claim his slot for WC in Nice 🇫🇷 ✔️ 🎟️ We know how much this means…

🇬🇧 Blenheim Weekend Warrior

took the Female WIN 🥇

🇬🇧 Dorney Tri

finished 🥈 AG, 10th overall in 2:04

🇬🇧 Cotswold 113

had a solid race to finish 41st in 4:37 📈 onwards…

🇨🇳 XTERRA Night Run Suzho

finished 4th overall in this fun event

Yet again we are blown away with these results and it really does make us so proud when you deliver when it counts with a “no quit” attitude: the Rioter spirit.

had a magic day to clinch the Overall Female WIN 🥇 only 8 month postpartum 🦸‍♀️ and first race as a new Mum. Just incredible! 4:17:07

lined up for her first Tri in a few years and had a great day to finish 3rd AG, 8th Overall with the fastest run 🥉 Plenty more to come - watch this space! 4:24:54

had a tricky day with things not going to plan, but the no quit attitude got her through to finish 4th AG, 10th Overall in 4:24:54 💪🏼 You’ll be back champ!

joined and to form an epic team and clinched the WIN 🥇 👏🏼 Nicely done guys 😏 always classy!

🇨🇳 70.3 Shanghai Chongming

battled the heat to finish 4th AG, 16th overall in 4:17:46 👏🏼 We know you’ll be back for redemption 😈

🇬🇧 Green Belt Team Relay

and his team took on this two day stage race to finish 28/64 teams in 28:28:32 👏🏼

Really great job everyone… we’re super proud of you all. So many important lessons from digging in when it’s not your day and making that finish line no matter what! The ups and downs are what makes this sport so sweet. We’ll always be on your ride with you 🎢

didn’t even let 3 broken ribs deter her from starting and romping home to 2nd AG 🥈 3rd Overall but faster running split than last year when she won 🤩 4:50:51 She’ll be back next year for sweet redemption 😈 Hard as nails ✊🏼

Coach and took on this mammoth challenge on a blue bird day in The Lakes and came out all smiles in 6:24:57 (PB) and 8:58:34 respectively 💪🏼 Nice one lads!

Love this time of year where the hard graft starts to pay off and show in race results 🚀 It is our pleasure supporting you all and seeing you shine out there on the race course.

Another weekend rolled around and whizzed past again with Rioters toeing yet more start and finish lines around the globe 🏁

🇪🇸 Mallorca 312 🚲

& took on the 167 together and finished strong in 7:55 which bodes well for 70.3 Mallorca 🌴

& took on the 312 and finished respectably in 12:28 and 13:53 respectively 🫡 nice one lads!

🇮🇨 Volcano Triathlon Lanzarote 🌋

triathlete_ had a solid “home” race for him to finish 5th AG in 2:18:51 👏🏼 roll on 70.3 Mallorca 💪🏼

🇨🇳 Ironcube 70.3 Guangde

is loving his China tour and had a super strong race to finish 6th Overall in 4:18 💪🏼 amazing!

🇬🇧 London Marathon 🏃‍♂️

debuted London and unfortunately had one of those tough days. He still made that finish line and clinched that 🏅 in 4:18 🫡
