LEARNING FARM 🐄🐑🫏🐓🐈
This week we have hosted two schools giving the children the opportunity to find out all about life on a dairy farm. Through lots of hands on experiences;
Feeding the animals
Collecting eggs
Sitting on Mr Armstrongs tractor 🚜
Running through the long grass in the fields.
What a great way to learn about where our food comes from - I hope if your child has visited the farm they have enjoyed their day. I wonder what they told you they enjoyed?

The thrill of lighting & working your own fire - always a favourite for the children🔥
Essential so children know how to safely light a fire, control & then extinguish is an important life skill.

A final day in the forest for yr 6 pupils from LPS who have visited every year for the past 7 years!
(Excluding a short period during COVID - but as we were outside it didn’t stop us for long!)
Good luck to you all - stay wild🍀💚

The children have loved observing the tadpoles & it looks as though it won’t be long until we have some frogs!
