We proudly present Big Bad Ben - the cast of 2025! Here are just a few snapshots of our fabulous Key Stage 1 Nativity Performance. Thank you so much to everyone who helped the children to learn the songs and their lines. Their acting and singing were excellent and they produced a play to be proud of! Our heartfelt thanks also go to Mr Little for taking these fabulous photographs.

Class 4 have been learning all about Jesus’ light this half term in R.E ✨

On Monday afternoon, they put their learning into practice by making their own Christingle. The orange represents the world 🌍, the candle shows Jesus’ light, the red ribbon symbolises Jesus’ blood, and the sweets represent the fruits of the earth.

Today, linked to our R.E learning about light, we visited St Paul’s Church to hand out Christmas cards to parishioners, helping to bring light into their lives this Christmas 🎄

Here are the first of our Nativity pictures! The children from Reception and 2toSchool Nursery were fantastic in their performance of 'A Wriggly Nativity'. Yesterday, Class 2 and Class 6 took part in two Fire Safety Workshops. They learned all about what the fire service does, how to keep themselves safe and how to make a fire plan at home. They should all have come home wanting to test your smoke alarms! Thank you to Lancashire Fire & Rescue Service for coming to speak to us.
