SUMMER SESSIONS ☀️

Thank you to all that joined me at class throughout the holidays ❤️ Was lovely to see so many children join in and get strong like mumma 💪🏻

No classes this week as we’ve all got enough going on with kiddos back to school and nursery, but classes will resume from 8th September!

Classes are on bookwhen for all 3 locations- Boxford, Long Melford and Rougham, up until Christmas!

Don’t forget if you book 5 or more classes then class is £7 instead of £8- discount applied at checkout.

A class for Mums in all stages of motherhood ❤️

A small class at Melford Summer circuits this week but we had mums at all stages of motherhood- newborn, crawler, toddler, preschool and beyond!

We all got a sweat on and the kiddos had fun too 🙌🏻
