Well done to zen on becoming the latest addition to the instructors team

Quite an emotional day today, junior grading presentation and my announcement that I will no longer be the owner or running Studio Combat Academy.
Fortunately my 2 best students/instructors have agreed to take over the club. I will still be involved I’m sure, and will still teach SDF and Goshinkwai to adults and instructors.

I thank everyone who has supported the club and myself over the years, and wish Christian Byrne and Imran all the best moving the club forward.

Well done to Kodi who won student of the year award 2022. Kodi has passed a black belt grading, no mean feat as he will tell you, he has passed his instructor training award, helped out a lot with everyone but especially the juniors. He’s been out front and demonstrated on by myself, Imran and Christian. This is the spirit we enjoy at our club.
