The Martial Arts Centre Long Eaton is a full time training centre offering classes for both children and adults in Japanese Freestyle Kickboxing, Shootboxing, Kyokushin Karate, Aikido, Sumo, Grappling and SVT Knockdown (Standing Vale Tudo).

The next UKSA Kickboxing seminar is on Sunday September 13th 10-1pm at The Martial Arts Centre Long Eaton

Free to attend, no cost involved.

Open to all martial artists and associations.

If you would like to come and train just message to book your place.

There will be two instructors Sensei Wayne Thomas from Kahen-sei Martial Arts and myself.

2hrs of techniques and an hour of sparring together.

UKSA Grappling class 🥋🤼‍♂️

What is UKSA Grappling?

✅ Our grappling classes consist of the techniques found in our UK Shootboxing syllabus.
✅ There are no grades in this class.
✅ Classes are both Gi and no Gi.
✅ We practice throws, takedowns, trips, sweeps, slams and submissions with and without the use of the uniform.
✅ Anyone from any grappling style can join in such as judo, jujitsu, wrestling, sambo, BJJ etc.

Our sessions are based around warmup, technique and sparring.

📍Every Tuesday at The Martial Arts Centre Long Eaton 11-12pm

📅 TIMETABLE CHANGE📅

As of September 21st Friday Aikido will be moving to weekends and kickboxing and Shootboxing will be holding classes instead and we have a new children’s kickboxing class on Wednesday.

This is a temporary change in timetable for 3-4 months.

✅ Wednesday:
Kids Kickboxing will be 5.30-6.30pm

✅ Friday:
Adults kickboxing 6-8pm
Shootboxing 8-9pm
