Our Year 6 pupils stepped into the St James Senior Girls' School science lab for a fascinating sheep heart dissection, taught by Senior School teacher Miss Patulska. From identifying chambers and valves to exploring how the heart works, the children approached this hands-on experience with fantastic curiosity and enthusiasm! 🔬✨

It was fantastic to bring the whole St James community together from across our London and Ashford campuses for our annual Beginning of Year Service at the beautiful St Mary Abbots Church in Kensington.

We loved hearing from our Head Pupils as they shared their visions for the year ahead, enjoying some wonderful musical performances, and reflecting together on our theme of the service: Courage. 💙

A huge thank you to Father Rob for leading such a meaningful and inspiring service.

Back to Forest School! 🌳

Our Lower School pupils have been making the most of the rainy weather this week, getting outside and enjoying some hands-on learning.

Their challenge was to build shelters using only limited materials, developing teamwork, problem-solving and practical skills along the way.

A great way to start the new term, whatever the weather! 🍃

We are delighted to be featured in the Autumn/Winter issue of School House Magazine as part of their Best Art Rooms feature. 🎨

Art holds a very special place in life at St James, encouraging our pupils to explore, experiment and express their creativity. We are incredibly fortunate to have such an inspiring and beautifully equipped art facility, providing the perfect space for our pupils to develop their skills and imagination.

A wonderful recognition of the creativity and talent that flourishes at St James.
