How to Embody Fluid Movement in Yoga
In this workshop we will dive into the essence of our bodies – water. While our physical makeup is primarily water, our practice often fixates on rigid postures. A fluid quality of movement invites you to break free from straight lines and perfect angles, encouraging a more liquid and flowing approach to yoga.
Rediscover your body’s natural wave-like movements with mindful Slow Flow sequences to improve mobility and promote energy flow, bringing poses to life. Let the breath be your guide, connecting you to the present moment and opening pathways to enhanced awareness. This exploration ends with grounding Restorative Yin poses, leaving you with a deep sense of well-being and connection.
Suitable for those with some experience of yoga.

Stillness through movement. 🌀
The process of a seated twist begins well before its suggested form.
Let your breath initiate an exploration of preparatory and nourishing movements before settling into the stillness of the pose.

There are always more subtle cues within the wisdom of our bodies, waiting to be heard if we stay open to focusing our attention inward.
And when we tune into our inner selves, we may gently release stress outward with increased mindfulness.
