Always learning.
Although we could not meet in person, having the opportunity to hear from some great coaches and ex-players on their thoughts from within the tennis industry is invaluable.
Thank you ITF for organising this!

A throwback to 2014 and the Global Professional Tennis Coach Association (GPTCA) conference in South Africa.

Autumn is really showing off this season! Sunshine and blue skies almost everyday this November - nothing better than striking a few balls when the weather is good!
As we wind down to winter, good routines and a goal-oriented attitude will be important to stay consistent in your training.
Happy Friday and have a great weekend!

Which shot do you think is being hit here?
Having variability in your strokes is an important aspect of your game to improve in order to take it to the next level
