Talia's Teddies

Talia's Teddies 💜Childcare with the difference💜 My name is Natalia and I am passionate about working with children. I am a mother myself, with an 11 year old daughter.

I am happy to welcome you to Talia’s Teddies, a new Childminding Setting opening on 15th January 2018 in my home on Cathles Road, Clapham South. I have over seven years’ experience working in childcare in a variety of settings, including at nurseries, childminders and most recently as a nanny, and across different age groups. I am a qualified nursery and early years teacher and am also Montessori

trained, as well as being an Ofsted registered childminder. Since I was 10 years old my dream was to have my own nursery and now I have an amazing opportunity to make that dream come true! As a parent, I know how important it is to feel that your child is in good hands, in a nurturing, caring and safe environment that is both structured and fun. This is what I am looking to provide. My Childminding Setting will be centred around learning through play in order to encourage your child's development but I will also take those elements of the Montessori approach which, in my experience, work best for helping children learn. Every child is unique. I know how important it is to make each child feel special by noticing and encouraging their individual strengths and interests. In my Setting, your child will learn how to be independent, caring, polite, self-confident, creative and proud of their own achievements. I love arts and crafts and I can't wait to introduce your child to a whole range of fun arty activities. As a small Setting, we will also have the flexibility to go on small trips or whole-day outings, including local parks and playgrounds, soft play, the Library and visits to the Fire Station, Battersea Park Zoo and so on. In the future, I am planning to organise additional activities such as French or Spanish lessons, dance classes, music and sport. I will prepare all the meals myself so they will be homemade and nutritionally balanced, using fresh ingredients and including lot of fruits and vegetables. My Setting is adapted for children from 3 months to 5 years old. My opening hours will be 7.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. Extras included in the cost will be all nappies and wipes. All children will also receive a “Welcome Kit”. I am very happy to welcome you for a visit and to answer any questions. If you are interested please do feel free to contact me via email:
