Sundays at Bodyism are no more. Last week was my last ever Be Calm on a Sunday. 6 years and I’ve decided to give it up for now. Still teaching during the week and maybe a Be Calm will come again mid week some time!

14-16th October - come after work on Friday and get home in time for a nice long sleep on Sunday.

Delicious food served, time to chill, yoga morning and evening (Friday night, Saturday morning/night and Sunday morning).

Come along on a Remote Retreat in the Cotswolds.

How much? £650 pp (inc food, wine, accommodation, yoga)
1st payment due by the 14/7/22 £200 (non refundable deposit)
2nd payment due 14/8/22 £200
3rd payment due 14/9/22 £250
