📈 For the last ten years, our GCSE results have placed us in the top 5% of schools in the UK for student progress.

🎓 Exceptional destinations:
95% of our students went on to university in 2026, the highest of any school in Westminster, with 48% securing places at Russell Group universities.

95% of students went to university in 2026, and 48% of students went to Russell Group universities (versus 9% nationally), with 67% of A Levels were graded A*-B in 2026 and our average A level grade was a B and BTEC grade a Distinction*.

Supporting our local community is an important part of life at Paddington Academy, giving our students opportunities to lead, raise awareness and make a difference.

During our final term, we welcomed members of the PiP Council to Paddington. Students took part in a planting workshop, as well as getting involved in a joint council meeting to discuss upcoming projects and ways we can work together.

Another reason to celebrate🎊

A huge well done to our outstanding GCSE students, with some truly exceptional results this year.

A special shoutout to Erik, who achieved an incredible 10 Grade 9s, and Habiba, who achieved six Grade 9s, one Grade 8 and one Grade 7💫

Across the year group, over two thirds of students achieved at least a grade 5 in both English and maths, with over a quarter achieving grade 7 or higher in both subjects. 84% gained at least a Grade 4 in English and Maths.

Double the celebration at Paddington Academy🎉

Twins Leen and Ali Aldahllaki achieved an exceptional set of A Level results, seven A*s and one A between them, securing places at two of London’s leading universities. Leen will study Dentistry at Queen Mary University of London, while Ali will begin Aeronautical Engineering at Imperial College London.

Their success is just one example of another outstanding year for our Sixth Form. Over a third of A Level entries achieved A*–A grades, with 45% of students securing places at Russell Group universities to study subjects including Medicine, Engineering, Law, Mathematics and Pharmacy.

A huge congratulations to Leen, Ali and the whole Paddington Academy Class of 2026💙
