It's important to take time to care for your health and stay active, even when you're dealing with upcoming deadlines! If you're looking for a quick and easy way to stay active, check out the CitySport timetable and join a class just 10 minutes' walk from City's main Northampton Square site:

Did you know City's Libraries have study rooms you can book out? This can be ideal if you need a quiet place to work on a group project, revise for a test, or maybe attend an online session. Find out how to book here:


The clocks go back this Sunday 30 October as Daylight Savings Time comes to an end. Double check before you travel and enjoy your extra weekend hour!


Further rail strikes are coming up in early November, including Saturday 5th. If you have travel planned, check the dates and make alternative arrangements:

Classes are now in full swing! If you’re wondering how to get to grips with using City’s library service, don’t worry – help is on hand! Check out the Library team’s range of online and in person workshops – and the chance to book a one-to-one appointment – to help you use their resources as effectively as possible:


Studying abroad can be difficult at times. Even when you’re having some great experiences, you’ll also have moments where you might feel homesick, isolated, or suffering from culture shock. Please don’t suffer in silence; help is on hand at the University. Aside from our team in A228, there’s also the Student Counselling Service on Level 1 of the Drysdale Building. This free and confidential service offers students practical and emotional support during their studies, even if you’re only here for a short time. Find out more here:

Staying healthy while on can feel like a bit of a challenge when you’re so busy, but it’s important to stay active and take care of yourself. CitySport offers a wide range of team sports, fitness and wellbeing classes, and gym facilities right on City’s doorstep. Find out more here:

CitySport Central London's largest student sports and fitness facility, offers a state of the art gym, wide range of classes, a virtual cycling studio and a sports hall.
