We are honoured to share that a mainstream Malaysian news outlet, SinarPlus, has featured an article on the remarkable achievement of our Patron, Dato’ Dr. Haji Muhammad Fuad bin Kamaludin, who has successfully completed his PhD in Islamic Tasawwuf at Universiti Mohammed V, Rabat, Morocco, with the highest distinction — Musharraf Jiddan (First Class).

This is no ordinary accomplishment. His near three-hour viva voce was a testament to depth of scholarship, intellectual integrity, and adab in knowledge, culminating in a result that stands among the highest achieved by a Malay scholar, proudly carrying the name of Malaysia onto the international academic stage.

That this success is being recognised by national media reflects the magnitude of this milestone, not only for him personally, but for Islamic scholarship, the Malay world, and the wider ummah. It is a reminder that sacred knowledge, when pursued with sincerity and discipline, continues to command respect at the highest levels.

KAFA International is an established weekly online Madrasah dedicated to nurturing young hearts and minds through structured Islamic education. Our classes are designed for children and are taught in English, making them accessible to families around the world.

Through a carefully developed curriculum, our students study:
• Qur’an Reading and Tajweed
• Solah (Prayer)
• Islamic Studies: Aqidah, Fiqh, Seerah, and Akhlaq

Our approach combines sound Islamic teachings of Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama'ah with age-appropriate pedagogy, care, and consistency, supporting both faith and character development in today’s context.

KAFA International operates across the UK and Asia, and is a programme under the South East Asian Islamic Council UK (SEAIC UK).
