Dear [Colleagues / Forum / Potential Candidates],

We are looking for an experienced and highly self-directed Mandarin teacher to cover a short-term placement at ThinkChinese’s Jersey studio.

📅 Placement duration: 1 month (from 16th June - 16th July 2026)
📍 Location: Jersey

This role is ideal for a teacher who:

Has at least 5 years of teaching experience
Is confident working independently with minimal supervision
Can deliver high-quality lessons across a wide age and ability range: GCSE, Immersion-style sessions (ages 3–5 / 6-8), HSK / YCT
You will be stepping into an established teaching environment, so reliability, adaptability, and strong classroom management are essential.

✅ What we’re looking for:

Native or near-native Mandarin proficiency
Proven experience teaching both children and adults
Ability to tailor lessons to different proficiency levels (beginner to advanced)
Based in or able to work in Jersey for the full 1-month period
