I am Ross, the founder of Merakiyoga Surrey. I am a qualified Yoga teacher (BWY 500hrs) and Pilates teacher (L3). In addition to teaching in a number of local gyms, I run classes are in Surrey, that are affordable, accessible to different abilities and adaptable to different conditions. I have trained and teach different styles of Yoga (Hatha, Vinyoga, Yin, Menopause, Chair, Gentle, Kids) to suit

participants abilities. I teach classic Mat Pilates, using small equipment like thera bands, Pilates balls, Pilates ring. Private tuition in either Yoga or Pilates in the comfort of your home are available and are subject to availability.

Chair Yoga classes will resume on 7 September.

Gentle Yoga class on Wednesday 19 August is on and then we take a break to resume on Wednesday 2 September.

Last Pilates class on Fridays... although some familiar faces are missing🙋‍♀️
It is so sad but inevitable that I had to say goodbye to this wonderful crowd 😟

This class grew over the last few years. They did Pilates with me, always ready and willing to give something new a try. 💯💯

They teased me (oh, yes!) when my instructions were less than clear or when I could not get the wifi to synch for music. They laughed with me and chatted after class. Always friendly, always polite and with a smile!

It was my privilege to teach them all... and if you are one of them and are reading this, come to my Christmas coffee (did I really say 'Christmas'?😲)

Always in my heart - Shine bright girls! 🫶🫶🫶

Some tips for staying safe in scorching weather...☀️🌞
