What I’ve learned during isolation is that there are so many things that make me who
I am that I seem to have forgetten about due to perceived lack of time.
I used to read books, write stories, act, take pictures, run, play tennis, attempt to learn Yoruba and before lock down all I did was eat and go to the gym
—
Life changes slightly, you find yourself doing something you’re good at you devote a lot of time to it in order to grow and accomplish something. However this usually happens to be at the expense of other good things in your life. Some of us are sitting here with what feels like 34 hours in our 24 hours day, yet we’re still doing the same nothing that we was doing 2/3 weeks ago.

Who am I now?
Who was I before?
Who will I be when it is all over?
I’m gonna be right here, just somewhat better than I was before and far move driven than I am now. 365_workout is not just for show and it’s not just for exercise... it’s for life

Last week i did 10 reps on 140kg and today I’ve hit another Personal best at 180kg x 1. Nothing comes easy in training, but give it enough time and you’ll be exactly where you want to be
