St Augustine's Priory An inspiring community dedicated to empowering pupils through education and faith.

St Augustine’s Priory is a Catholic independent day school catering for girls aged 2-18 years old and boys in the Nursery. The school is committed to preparing girls for life-long effectiveness as well as examination success. The Prep and Junior School caters for girls, with boys in the Nursery and girls from Prep I (Reception) to Upper II (Year 6). The Senior School caters for girls from Form III

(Year 7) to Upper VI (Year 13).

We have a vibrant and exciting Sixth Form, with a history dating back as far as 1634, the school's priority is to maintain the happiness and progress of every child whilst embodying our school motto, 'Veritas'.

Our pupils leave St Augustine's with resilience, academic success, ethical principles and societal awareness ready for any challenges the future may hold.

🎉 GCSE Success for the Class of 2026! 🎉

Congratulations to our Year 11 students! We’re delighted to celebrate an excellent set of GCSE results, with strong performances across the curriculum and some outstanding individual achievements. 👏

🌟 32% of grades at 9–8 (A*)
🌟 54% of grades at 9–7 (A*–A)

These results follow last week’s fantastic A-level results, with 48% of grades at A–A* and 84% at A–B*, a brilliant summer of success for the students, their families and their teachers! 🎓✨

Congratulations to Milly on her excellent A Level results, including an A* in Russian 🎉🇷🇺

Milly is now looking forward to studying Modern Languages with an international placement at the University of Exeter from September 🌍📚

She found the smaller Sixth Form class sizes particularly beneficial to her learning and has made the most of every opportunity ✨

Having joined St Augustine’s at the age of four, Milly has greatly enjoyed her time at the school. In the Senior School, she was a valued member of the Veritas Times student newspaper, and as a Sixth Former she has also supported younger Prep and Pre-Prep pupils, particularly with their French language skills 🤝📖

We are very proud of Milly and wish her every success and happiness at Exeter 💙🌟

🎉 Congratulations to our Year 13 student Zara, who has secured her first-choice university place to study Law at Royal Holloway, University of London! ⚖️🎓

Zara joined St Augustine’s Priory in Year 8 and has thoroughly enjoyed her time at the school, choosing to continue into Sixth Form. She particularly valued the strong support and guidance from her teachers throughout her A Level studies, which played an important role in her success. 🌟

After being awarded the prestigious Mary Tredway Scholarship for Sixth Form at St Augustine’s Priory, Natania is now heading to the University of Leeds to study Medicine. 🩺 💛

We are incredibly proud of her and all she has accomplished, and we can’t wait to see where her journey in medicine takes her!

Satoko achieved an outstanding set of A Level results, securing A*–A grades and a place at her first-choice university, King’s College London, where she will be studying International Management. 🌟📚

Reflecting on her time at St Augustine’s Priory, Satoko shared how the supportive environment, particularly within the Sixth Form, helped her to thrive and reach her full potential.
