Hidden Gems Gemma James is a Hatha yoga instructor for beginners/intermediates and a creative dance teacher. The music is varied, chat is good and those Hidden Gems shine.

Gemma James has long been in London’s creative scene as a Choreographer, Dancer and Hatha yoga instructor. In her movement sessions she draws out the individuality in people within a group and explores with them, movement vocabulary with a variety of music to help draw it out. Alongside this Gemma is now using the same technique with her HiddenGems Hoxton fm show. She invites London based artists on to the show and through conversation delves deeply into their practice giving them an opportunity to share their work with a wider audience.
