The only way to enjoy pancake day - Protein Pancakes 👌🏻

- 2 chopped Bananas
- 2 eggs
- 2 handfuls of oats
- 1 scoop of protein powder .nutrients
Blend it up and chuck it in a pre heated hot frying pan and then Cook for 1 minute each side.

With the weather below freezing and the snow beating down Barnes I was very impressed to see & Hannah Braving the conditions and smashing their way through a tough paired workout 💪🏻🤼‍♀️❄️ .
