We are a group of young professionals based in London who want to share our experiences to the young generation and help them explore their interest and develop the skills they need. This non-profit project aims to connect students to the real business world during their stay at school. We seek to bridge the college-to-career gap by helping students find out what they are capable of. We believe th

e definition of "education" is Not just delivering or receiving systematic instructions at school because that's more like "training". Instead, we believe the true meaning of education should be the development of one's ability of mind and learning to know. That's why we call it "The Inspiration Project", because we want to inspire students to explore his passion towards the future and his career potentials. This project is important to us because we feel strong responsibility to assist the next generation in their early age. We want to help them find who they can be in the future. The major challenge we have found is that a lot of students have no idea what they really want to do until they grow up. So they might encounter a long period of confusion towards career and future. And after graduation, they might end up with a job that is irrelevant to what they learn in school. We believe everyone is a born talent in some way and we don't want to waste that talent. We want to serve as the window of this world and present to the youth the many possibilities. We are here to help the students discover their true passion and be wild & fearless, ambitious & confident, innovative & insightful. We are serious about this project so we have already made the progress and we want to do it faster. Over 14 professionals based in London have been interviewed since the last few months and shared their amazing experiences.

2. We have established the structure of our website and it will be ready to launch in Spring 2015.

We have obtained huge and positive feedback from company directors, indicating that they are willing to provide apprenticeship to students.Through the apprenticeship, students will obtain more insights into a specific industry and what the skills they need at work. This also help them think twice when making the career decision after graduating.
