Keystone Tutors are running some new weekly GCSE & IGCSE English Language and Maths classes starting in September. Aimed at students starting in Year 11 and suitable for those targeting grade 8 or 9 in their GCSE & IGCSE exams.

With the new academic year upon us we are pleased to welcome several new full time employed tutors for the start of the new term. These professional tutors work exclusively for Keystone and have recently undergone a comprehensive training programme with us.

Here is a selection of their profiles

• Cat is a qualified teacher who studied Physics and Philosophy at Durham University. She is currently working towards a PhD in the Philosophy of Astrobiology alongside her tutoring. Cat primarily teaches GCSE Maths, GCSE Physics, GCSE Biology, GCSE Chemistry, and A Level Physics.
• Christian is an Oxford graduate who has had over a year's experience as a tutor. As well as being an A level maths and further maths specialist, Christian also assists with Oxbridge applications.
• Florence is an Oxford graduate and an experienced tutor who has taught for four years, including teaching literature and language at Oxford University. She primarily teaches Oxbridge preparation, A Level English and A Level Spanish, as well as GCSE English and GCSE Spanish.
• Grace studied Natural Sciences at Durham before embarking upon a MSc in Neuroscience at King’s College London. She teaches GCSE Biology, GCSE Chemistry, GCSE Maths as well as GCSE Physics.
• Joe is a Durham graduate and a highly personable tutor. He helps with a wide range of subjects from 11+ maths and English to science. He also teaches GCSE drama and theatre.
• Max has joined Keystone with a wealth of tutoring experience. Max is an Oxford educated English graduate who has also completed an MPhil in American Literature at Cambridge. Max focuses on 13+ English, 11+ English and maths, and Oxbridge entrance.
• Ollie has been part of our tutoring team since December 2020 and joined our pool of full-time employed tutors this summer. He has already accumulated over 60 hours of tutoring experience with Keystone. He teaches GCSE Italian and biology and English across the age range.
• Theo has joined Keystone after several years of working in the Ministry of Defence. He graduated from the King’s College London and gained teaching experience as a teaching assistant at the Sultan School in Oman. Theo teaches English and history across the age range.
