Pack your apron and join us for a culinary adventure to India!
At En Cuisine Cooking School, we believe that food is one of the best ways to discover the world. On 13th July, our young chefs will travel through the rich flavours and aromas of India as they prepare two iconic dishes completely from scratch.
Together, we’ll learn about the spices that make Indian cuisine so unique, discover new ingredients, and explore the techniques behind creating a delicious and balanced meal.
On the menu:
- A rich and creamy Butter Chicken
- A comforting Lentil Stew packed with flavour
Throughout the class, children will develop valuable cooking skills, build confidence in the kitchen, and enjoy a fun, hands-on experience with other budding chefs. Most importantly, they’ll leave with wonderful memories, new knowledge, and recipes they can recreate at home for family and friends.
Whether your child already loves cooking or is just beginning their culinary journey, this workshop is the perfect opportunity to discover a new culture through food and have plenty of fun along the way.
We can’t wait to welcome our young chefs for this delicious Taste of India experience!

From carefully selecting the ingredients to preparing the equipment and recipes, every detail is thoughtfully packed to make the class as enjoyable and seamless as possible.
A great baking class starts long before the first madeleine goes into the oven!
We can’t wait to welcome everyone on Sunday for a fun-filled session of mixing, baking, learning, and of course, tasting these delicious little French treats.

A Little Taste of France is Coming to En Cuisine!
We are so excited to welcome our young bakers for a special Madeleine Masterclass on the 14th June!
Together, we’ll learn how to make these beautiful French shell-shaped cakes from scratch, filling the kitchen with the delicious aromas of fresh lemon and orange. From mixing the batter to baking the perfect golden madeleines, every child will enjoy a fun and hands-on baking experience.
And of course, the best part… tasting them warm from the oven!
Whether your child already loves baking or is just starting their culinary journey, this workshop is the perfect opportunity to learn new skills, make new friends, and bring home a box of delicious homemade treats.
See you on Sunday.
Watching young students master “blanc en neige” by hand reminds us that great pastry starts with strong foundations.
No shortcuts, no machines—just patience, technique, and understanding the process from the ground up. Learning how to whisk egg whites manually teaches more than a baking skill; it develops observation, consistency, and respect for the craft.
Before innovation comes mastery of the basics. These essential techniques are the building blocks of every great baker and pastry chef.

Madeleine Masterclass – Sunday 14th June!
There’s something magical about turning a few simple ingredients into beautifully golden, shell-shaped madeleines.
Join us for a special Madeleine Masterclass where young bakers will learn the secrets behind these classic French cakes, from preparing the batter to achieving the perfect bake. This month, we’ll be adding a delicious citrus twist with fresh orange and lemon flavours!
Along the way, children will discover baking techniques, learn about flavour combinations, and take home a box of their own handmade madeleines to share (if they can resist eating them first!).
Spaces are limited and our special classes tend to fill quickly, so don’t wait too long to book!

Learning starts from scratch!
This week, our young chefs rolled up their sleeves and discovered how to make a delicious savoury tart completely from scratch.
From mixing and kneading the dough to learning how different ingredients can transform its flavour, every step was a hands-on experience.
We explored how herbs, spices, cheese, and seasonings can be added directly into the pastry to create a dough that is packed with flavour before the filling is even added. It was a wonderful opportunity for the children to understand that great cooking is all about building layers of taste from the very beginning.
Watching their confidence grow as they prepared, shaped, and baked their tarts was just as rewarding as seeing the final results come out of the oven!
Learning new skills, getting creative, and having fun in the kitchen — that’s what cooking is all about.

Who said learning couldn’t be delicious?
On the 29th of May, our Gourmet May Camp is taking children on a sweet Italian adventure filled with baking, creativity and plenty of fun in the kitchen!
During this special class, our young chefs will learn how to prepare some of Italy’s most iconic desserts from scratch:
- Classic tiramisu
- Soft and delicious ricotta cake
- Silky panna cotta
From whisking creamy fillings to learning how to balance flavours and plate desserts beautifully, this workshop is all about building confidence in the kitchen while having an unforgettable time.
We love introducing children to recipes from around the world and helping them discover that cooking is not only about following instructions — it’s about tasting, experimenting, creating and sharing.
Whether your child already loves baking or simply enjoys getting hands-on with food, this gourmet camp is the perfect way to spend the half term holiday.
Expect lots of laughter, chocolate-covered fingers, new skills and proud little chefs leaving with recipes they will want to recreate again and again at home.
Tiny hands, big Italian flavours.
Today our young chefs rolled, filled, folded and shaped their very own homemade raviolis from scratch!
From preparing the filling to learning how to seal each little pasta parcel, every step was full of concentration, teamwork and plenty of laughter.
Cooking is so much more than following a recipe. It’s about building confidence, discovering new skills and having fun along the way. And safe to say… the raviolis disappeared very quickly after class.
Who knew pasta making could create so many smiles?
