I help others DISCOVER what they really love doing and give them the tools to DESIGN a life that's built around them and that's AUTHENTIC and ON THEIR TERMS. Having struggled for years to make sense of what my place in the world is and often seeing myself as an outsider (or just an observer),

I became a diligent student and applicant of the:

- Law of Attraction (Abraham Hicks)
- Hemi-Sync Meditation Techniques (The Monroe Institute) and
- Holistic Wellness

These resources have helped me live a personalised lifestyle that is like no-one else's, but truly, authentically mine and ON MY TERMS. Helping others explore what brings them joy and giving them the tools and resources to create a life that's built around them is a BIG passion of mine. Albeit not the only one, but that's how I like it. I truly believe we can have it all! :D
