This is a post to remind you that stepping into a sacred Circle ignites and amplifies your blood wisdom and power as you open up to receive love and insights from those present and beyond.

This is a post speaking to the power of community when they gather with intention to hold space for one another, to listen deeply and to lean into the wisdom that practises like yoga, ta**ra and yoga nidra can invoke.

As Sarah shared from the last Circle:

‘I enjoyed your Circle very much - it felt relaxing, peaceful, safe and strong. Again, thank you Rupy.’

We meet in Circle, in Hammersmith Quakers, on Saturday 18 April from 6.30pm to 8.30pm. The theme is Surrender as we turn inwards and focus on what would bring our hearts joy and pleasure.

Early bird available till Sunday 5 April 2026.

More details on slides, DM your email address to find out more and to book.

With deepest love,
Rupy 🌹

The pause before the rise.

Sometimes you have to stop before you can move forwards.

Just like a bow and arrow, we need to pull back the string, in order for the arrow to move forwards and shoot to reach its destination. Simple really.

I believe in balance. I believe in time to strive and work hard. I believe in time to take rest and enjoy the pleasures of life.

I spent 3 minutes here folded over my bolster which was enough time for my body to soften and to relax.

Now imagine if you had a full hour of Yoga Nidra - deep yogic sleep and rest.

If you’re a UK Charity Worker, join employees from Macmillan to the Alzheimer’s Society who are dedicating the last Thursday of each month from 1pm to 2pm on Zoom.

If you’re a woman seeking connection and relaxation in community, join me once a month around the New Moon in Hammersmith Quakers for nidra, yoga and creativity.

DM SHAKTI to find out more.

With love,
Rupy 🌹

A quiet moment of pause to celebrate the women you were, the women you are today and the women you are becoming.

The energy and memories from celebration and reclamation of all that you are ripple out to women everywhere.

It’s time Sister, let’s walk each other back home to our power, our truth and our sovereignty.

Rupy, do you practise yoga every day?

I get asked this question ALOT.

Yes, I do, but not in the way the West thinks which reduces yoga to a physical practise.

This reel explains 5 ways you too can practise yoga every day just like I do - so you too can connect with your Shakti to energise, nourish and replenish yourself.

The heart and root of my yoga is an embodied practise, and a way of living based on Yoni Shakti - power and wisdom born from the energetic womb space.

This is a journey of remembrance. A practise spanning across the ancient sister sciences of yoga, ta**ra and jyotish.

Let me know how you get on with these 5 ways to practise yoga every day - I’d love to hear from you.

With love and Shakti Rising,
Rupy ❤️‍🔥

Just like the moon, life is cyclical, not linear. Energy ebbs and flows accordingly.

According to Jyotish - science of light, this Vedic Astrology is the sister science to Yoga, Ayurveda and Ta**ra, the moon represents our mind and emotions.

🌚 During the Dark Moon, the New Moon it’s not uncommon for energy to wane just like the Moon. It’s a beautiful time to go inwards, to reflect and to plant seeds of intention.

🌝 On the Full Moon, energies are high, it’s a time to take stock, to celebrate and to release as the Moon completes another cycle.

This New Moon feels special as it’s preceded by Mahashivratri, the night when Lord Shiva emerges from a deep meditation and the universal energy is ripe for a cosmic reset as we head into Spring.

This New Moon is in Aquarius , in the Nakshatra/star of Dhanishta.

Aquarius for me represents the revolution, the collective, and a life less ordinary - this isn’t about conventions, this is about breakthroughs.

Dhanishta is the bright and brilliant one, often confused with material prosperity, but we need to look deeper to the abundance in our lives, from the privilege of a roof over our heads, to the family and friends in our lives, and to the practises like yoga, or otherwise that keep us grounded and connected.

Enjoy this meditative seed to flower experience as you plant seeds of intention which will grow and bloom on the next Full Moon.

As always practise with love and gratitude for all that you are and all that you are becoming this New Moon.

With love and Shakti Rising,
Rupy ❤️‍🔥

I have a four letter word for your period pains…

Women everywhere can suffer greatly with period pains. I encourage you to explore a holistic approach blending the ancient wisdom of the East to the everyday tools and support available in the West. Just please don’t suffer alone, ask for help, explore. You are not alone.

What tips do you have to offer the community? Please share in the comments in support of others.

With love,
Rupy x
