The numbers behind the gap. Internet use in Morocco has surged to 91.2%, but rural areas still trail cities by 15 points 📊
Closing that gap is where our work begins ✨

Morocco’s Digital Vision 2030 promises inclusive growth, but the digital opportunity gap between
cities tells a more complex story 📊

Closing this gap is where our work begins ✨

On the ground at LEAP, where technology and innovation meet the next generation of talent ✨

Conversations like these shape how we build programs that connect youth to the industries driving the region forward ⏩

Three goals. One shared direction 🧭

Saudi Vision 2030 calls for economic diversification, innovation, and a thriving youth workforce💪🏼

Our programs are built to answer that call directly. Aligned by design ✨

Saudi Vision 2030 sets the targets. We’re building toward them on the ground 🧱

93% of Saudi employers say they can’t find the skills they need (Hays, 2026).

Through our Apprenticeship Program, we turn youth into job-ready talent, and structured training
like this is already working: Tamheer trainees convert to full-time roles at roughly 1 in 3 in strong cohorts.

SMEs already employ over 60% of Saudi Arabia’s private-sector workforce (Monsha’at), and Vision 2030 wants that engine growing further, toward 35% of GDP.

Through our Economic Empowerment Program, we support and mentor small businesses with microloans, grants, and hands-on guidance to help get there.

Two programs. One shared direction 🗺️
