A lovely morning celebrating Mother’s Day at Little Cherubs 💐

We invited some of our wonderful mummies and special people to join us for a Stay & Play session, spending quality time together in the nursery.

🌸The morning was filled with baby sensory trays, flower crafting and card making, a little tea party 🫖🍰 and sharing stories together 📚

A special way to celebrate the amazing people who mean so much to our children. 💕

Very busy March so far at Little Cherubs! 🌼📚✨

From celebrating St David’s Day with sensory trays filled with daffodils, to exploring Ramadan by building beautiful grand mosques using our construction blocks.

For World Book Day, our children loved dressing up as their favourite characters and bringing stories to life through our story sticks and role play trays.

A wonderful month of culture, creativity and imagination!

What a weekend at Little Cherubs ✨
Two full days of professional development for our incredible team 👏

📚 Day One
• New EYFS Framework & criteria updates
• Embedding maths in the early years
• Inclusive practice & supporting every child to thrive

⛑️ Day Two
• Paediatric First Aid refresher
• Practical use of defibrillators
• Safe administration of EpiPens

At Little Cherubs, first aid is not a tick-box exercise — it’s a core responsibility we take extremely seriously.

We complete ongoing refresher CPD during staff meetings and have invested in new CPR training dolls with Bluetooth feedback technology, ensuring the highest quality chest compressions and real-time performance monitoring 💙

We’re also excited to share that from March, both of our nursery sites will have a fully automatic AED defibrillator on site — suitable from 0 years to adult.

💡 Did you know? Early CPR and defibrillation within the first 3–5 minutes of a cardiac arrest can increase survival rates to 50–70%. Having immediate access to an AED can truly save lives.
