Empowering the youth of tomorrow starts today. π
Young people should not have to wait until adulthood to discover their strengths, understand their potential or believe they can make a difference.
When we introduce them early to entrepreneurship, creativity, leadership and problem-solving, we give them more than practical skills. We help them build confidence, develop business acumen, find their voice and become the best version of themselves.
This International Youth Day, letβs recognise young people not only as the leaders of tomorrow, but as capable individuals with ideas, ambitions and something valuable to contribute today.
Our responsibility is to give them the knowledge, encouragement and opportunities they need to thrive.
Because when we empower young people early, we help shape a stronger future for everyone. π

One of the most powerful moments in every KidsMBA programme is the Shark Tank. π
For many students, it's the first time they've stood in front of a panel of judges to pitch an idea they created themselves.
It's exciting. It's challenging. And it's unforgettable.
Preparing for a Shark Tank teaches young people far more than how to present a business idea. They learn how to organise their thoughts, communicate clearly, explain the value of their ideas and respond confidently to challenging questions
Standing in front of judges also helps students develop the ability to think on their feet, defend their ideas with evidence and handle constructive feedback with confidence and professionalism.
These are the same communication and presentation skills they'll use throughout their livesβwhether in interviews, university presentations, meetings, public speaking or future careers.
Every great idea deserves a voice. Sometimes, all a young person needs is the opportunity to stand up, be heard and realise they're capable of more than they ever imagined. π

Real change begins with partnership. π
Every year, organisations invest millions into education and community development. When those investments are backed by the right partners, their impact reaches far beyond the classroom.
At , we've seen first-hand how collaboration between financial institutions, businesses, NGOs, governments and schools can transform opportunities for young people and strengthen entire communities.
If your organisation is looking to create meaningful, measurable and lasting impact as part of your CSR, ESG or community investment strategy, we'd love to work with you. π
Together, we can bring the KidsMBA programme to the young people who need it most, make a positive impact, and multiply possibilities. π

We're looking forward to being part of AICCC 2026 in Mumbai this week.π
Our Head of Global Business Development, Vinayak Sudhakar MIoL, will be meeting educators, school leaders, career counsellors and education partners to explore one important question:
How do we prepare young people for a future that is constantly changing?
At KidsMBA, we believe the answer goes beyond academic knowledge. Young people also need the confidence to solve problems, think creatively, communicate their ideas and recognise opportunities.
These are skills that support every career path, whether a student chooses to become an entrepreneur, joins an organisation or creates positive change in their community.
If you're attending AICCC 2026, we'd love to meet you and discuss how entrepreneurship education can help equip the next generation with the skills and mindset they'll need for the future.

βοΈ Do children really need entrepreneurship education if they don't want to start a business?
It's a question we're asked quite often.
The answer is simple: yes.
Entrepreneurship education isn't about turning every child into a business owner.
It's about helping young people develop the skills they'll need regardless of the career they choose.
Skills such as:
β
Problem-solving
β
Creativity
β
Communication
β
Leadership
β
Teamwork
β
Financial awareness
β
Confidence
Whether a student becomes an engineer, teacher, doctor, scientist, designer or entrepreneur, these skills will help them navigate a rapidly changing world.
The reality is that many of tomorrow's jobs don't even exist yet.
That's why it's no longer enough to simply teach young people what to think. We must also help them learn how to think, adapt and create opportunities.
Children are naturally curious. They ask questions, spot opportunities, solve problems and come up with imaginative ideas every day.
Entrepreneurship education helps them develop those instincts and turn them into lifelong skills. π
