A big shout out to Asia that celebrated a big birthday over the weekend! She had a day off on us to continue the celebrations. Today a further treat with a freshly baked Halal Victorian sponge cake with white chocolate sprinkles.

This is our meeting room, designed for parents to connect with their child’s key person. It’s also a welcoming space for parents to engage in conversations and take a moment to relax before picking up their child. Here, we foster communication and support, creating a positive environment for families.

The children have been enjoying water play activities outdoors to stay cool during the heatwave. Recently, they’ve shown great interest in the herb garden, eagerly participating in watering the plants. This hands-on experience not only helps the herbs thrive but also teaches the preschoolers about nurturing nature and the joy of growing their own plants.

Lastly, the preschool children had a delightful time making refreshing ice lollies with blended fruits. The frozen treats added a fun twist to snack time, and the children thoroughly enjoyed every bite. It was a great way to introduce healthy snacks while keeping them cool and excited about their creations!

The preschool children have been engaging with the story of the very hungry caterpillar, exploring the fascinating life cycle of a butterfly. This experience has allowed them to closely examine the various stages that a caterpillar undergoes before transforming into a butterfly, fostering excitement and curiosity about nature's processes.
