A huge thank you to James and the team at Starfyn for their generous donation to the Friends of Perseid School (FOPS), which enabled us to book a very special end-of-term ice cream van for our pupils!
The visit was more than just a tasty treat, it was a fantastic learning opportunity. Pupils had the chance to independently place their own ice cream orders, practising communication, choice-making and social skills, before enjoying a well-deserved end-of-term treat with their friends.
Thank you to Starfyn for helping create such a memorable experience and to FOPS for making opportunities like this possible. Your generosity brought plenty of smiles to the end of the school year!

We were delighted to celebrate the incredible achievements of our Upper School pupils at this year's Graduation and Achievement Awards ceremony.
Pupils proudly received certificates for their accredited learning through our Preparing for Adulthood (PfA) curriculum, recognising the hard work, progress and dedication they have shown throughout the year. We were honoured to welcome the Mayor of Merton, Councillor Shuile Syeda, who presented many of the awards and joined us in celebrating our pupils' success.
The event also recognised outstanding achievements across sport, the arts, the Jack Petchey Achievement Awards and many other areas of school life, highlighting the wide range of talents, resilience and personal growth demonstrated by our pupils.
Congratulations to all of our award winners and graduates—we are incredibly proud of everything you have achieved and look forward to seeing what you accomplish next!

Over the past year, some of our Sixth Form pupils have taken on the role of tennis coaches alongside Sarah from the Tim Henman Foundation, developing their coaching skills through our PFA and work experience programme.
To recognise and celebrate their progress, this week they worked towards their LTA-accredited Youth Tennis Leaders qualification. As part of the assessment, pupils completed practical coaching tasks and produced written reflections, evidencing their skill development, learning and personal progress.
Throughout the programme, pupils have also strengthened their Skills Builder Essential Skills, including teamwork, communication, leadership, listening and staying positive.
We are incredibly proud of their commitment, confidence and achievements both on and off the court. 🎉👏

Our KS4 pupils recently enjoyed their annual Camp Out, a fantastic opportunity to develop independence, teamwork and essential life skills in the great outdoors.
Throughout the camp, pupils worked together to set up the campsite, prepare their own meals and take part in a range of fun team-building activities. They also explored the natural environment, learning about the importance of protecting and caring for nature. Well done to all of our pupils for embracing every challenge with enthusiasm, resilience and teamwork!
