The tutors who work with us have many exciting techniques and methods when it comes to engaging their students.
This one was brought to our attention recently by Henry who teaches History of Art. Essentially, he finds working for 25 minutes then taking a 5 minute break makes him concentrate better and work more efficiently.
Perhaps one to try during this busy revision/exam period ππ»

A super blood moon is on the horizon - one of the most spectacular sights in the skies, and will be visible in the early hours of Monday 15th May from the UK. ππ

Visualising a calm place is a great way to help kids manage their stress. Ask your child to think of an actual
place they have been to where they feel peaceful. For example, the beach, cosy in their bed, grandpa's garden, a
tree house. When stress kicks in, tell them to close their eyes and imagine that spot while breathing slowly. β¨π«
We could probably all use this technique once or twice over the Easter weekend!
