Hot on the heels of the BSKF 50th Anniversary Taikai, held in Surrey Sports Park. We congratulate our kenshi from Chiswick Kempo Dojo for taking part in this momentous event, covering Tanen/Kumi Embu and Randori categories. We were fortunate to receive BSKF Chief Instructor Sensei Mizuno at Chiswick Kempo Dojo last Wednesday. With the 50th Anniversary Taikai in mind, he imparted his deep knowledge concerning Randori and Embu practises. A great session benefitting beginner Kyu, to more advanced Dan grades 🙏
