Parris O’Loughlin-Hoste - known to her peers affectionately as Parris OH, is a 25-year-old Senior Urban Artist Manager.

From the age of about 16 or 17, Parris was a freelance blogger and writer for platforms such as SBTV & Urban Development. She landed a PR internship at 18 and moved forward to set up her own publicity company while at university where she was working with upcoming artists. After gaining the Sony internship, she began her Sony journey at Columbia in 2014 as a press assistant. Fast forward a year and she had progressed to Sony Music UK's urban promotions manager: A job role created for her, which saw her working across the urban roster at Columbia and RCA doing specialist radio and publicity.

Move forward to July 2018 - Paris is appointed the new Senior Urban Artist Manager at Sony RCA, with even more responsibility, and new artists to work with. This is a new journey for Parris, an individual who seems to never stop.

Whilst still creating events, Que created award winning platform Acoustic Live UK – This operated for 4years at BOXPARK in the heart of Shoreditch and expanding to running live events at their newest site in Croydon, which played

an instrumental part in new artists discovery.
