Partou Chapel House Day Nursery and Pre-school, West Norwood

Partou Chapel House Day Nursery and Pre-school, West Norwood Partou Chapel House Day Nursery & Pre-school provides early years care and education for children aged 0-5 years old in West Norwood.

At Partou, the children are the leaders. Chapel House Day Nursery is conveniently located on Chapel Road in West Norwood, South East London – a few minutes’ walk from West Norwood railway station, and with our own on-site parking. The nursery occupies a beautiful converted chapel with large rooms and high ceilings, and many original features. The nature of the building, with its bright and airy rooms, gives our children lots of space to explore, play and learn. The nursery is warm and welcoming and has a homely feel which we love, and are very proud of. We’ve developed separate rooms for our babies (3 months to 12 months), our toddlers (12 months to 24 months), our 2 - 3 years olds, and our pre-school children (3 – 5 years), enabling us to resource each room appropriately for the age group, and where they are cared for, nurtured and encouraged to explore and investigate.

Our Story

Here at Chapel House Day Nursery we have a great partnership with parents – working closely and ensuring that we are meeting their children’s individual requirements. We believe in creating a warm, caring and friendly environment, where children and their families feel cared for, valued and loved - and where they can genuinely feel at home. As children’s primary educators, the relationships we build with parents are as important as the relationships we build with our children. These relationships create a ‘home from home’ atmosphere and help children to feel safe and secure, leaving them free to immerse themselves in play.
