Les Walton CBE, Executive Chair of the Association of Education Advisers has confirmed that Tony Markowski and Éamonn Whelan of Yearwood Education have successfully been accredited as Senior Associates of the AoEA.
As such, they have demonstrated their ability to address system-wide and deep-rooted issues in groups of schools or organisations that require a complete rethink and/or an iterative programme of intervention.
They are the Association’s first UK Senior Associates and currently head up the AoEA’s London Office.
After a rigorous process, the Panel recommended accreditation based on the body of outstanding advisory work they have completed in England and Wales over the last four years.
Using change management tools drawn from best international business practice, they led significant organisational development and systemic change, in a variety of settings including, diocese, MATs and individual schools.
