This is my hybrid in-salon beauty course you’ll study the full tutorials + materials online (yours to keep and rewatch anytime), then attend my salon on Mondays for your in-person training + practical assessments.

I’m so excited to finally share this… I’m opening just 4 spaces for my brand new 6-Week Fast Track Beauty College starting in my salon this March 💅

STEP 3: Where do you want to be by December 31st? 📅✨

Close your eyes. It’s the end of 2026. Where are you?

What have you achieved? Where have you travelled? Who are you with? What does your career look like? Your health? Your home?

Write it ALL down. Every detail. Personal, work, travel, fun, practical – everything that matters to you and moves you closer to your ultimate goal.

Now let’s bring it to life!

📍 January – March: Where do you need to be?
📍 April – June: What’s the next level?
📍 July – September: How close are you now?
📍 October – December: You’re here. You made it.

Write as much detail as you can for each quarter. Don’t rush it. This is your roadmap.

**NOW BREAK IT DOWN FURTHER:**

Reread your quarter 1 goal. Get it fresh in your mind.

Now zoom in on January – March and create monthly checkpoints:
📌 End of January: What’s your first step?
📌 End of February: How far have you come?
📌 End of March: You’ve hit your quarterly goal.

Write brief descriptions for each month.

**THEN GET WEEKLY:**

Reread your end of January goal. Now write weekly targets:
🎯 Week 1: What needs to happen?
🎯 Week 2: What’s next?
🎯 Week 3: Building momentum?
🎯 Week 4: You’ve hit January.

**THEN GO DAILY:**

At the start of each week, reread your end-of-week goal. Then fill your diary day by day with the tasks that get you there.

Some tasks carry over. Some are new based on what you learned. Edit your daily list at the start of each week.

**This is how you actually DO it.** 💪

Year → Quarter → Month → Week → Day

Your vision becomes a plan. Your plan becomes daily action. Your daily action becomes your life.

STEP THREE: Celebrate What You DID Achieve 🎉

Write down all the things you’re proud of about 2025 – big or small. How you overcame something negative. Write as much as you can think of.

**STEP FOUR: Lifetime Wins** ⭐

Now write down all the things you’re proud of over your LIFETIME. Going way back or just significant moments that made you feel proud.

Passing a test, Helping someone, Things about yourself you’re proud of – “I’m a good friend,” “I work hard.”

Write at least 30 things. Number them. Read them all back to yourself.

**STEP FIVE: The 30-Minute Visualization** ✨

Close your eyes. Set a timer for 30 minutes.

Visualize: What would a great life look like for you? What does success look like? A happy family? Your dream job? Think of ALL aspects of your life – how it looks, how it FEELS.

Take your time. Really hone in on the details.

**STEP SIX: Your Big Goals** 🎯

Timer’s up. Write down the top 5 things that excited you most. What made you smile?

Read them back. Which ones feel REAL to you? Which ones feel like a big YES when you read them?

Any that feel like a big YES – that’s your goal for 2026 (and beyond).

**Now Here’s the breakthrough:**

Even if your big goals are 10 years away, we’re making WAVES for them to come into your life RIGHT NOW.

Let’s reflect on 2025 and set goals that actually STICK for 2026. 📝✨

**STEP ONE: Get Clear on What Didn’t Work**

Any moments of disappointment? Unfulfilled goals? Write them down.

What specifically did you feel disappointed with? What goals did you say you’d achieve but didn’t? Now keep writing – WHY do you think this happened?

Were you scared? Distracted? Did you really believe you’d achieve it in the first place?

Just keep writing. The answer will come.

**STEP TWO: Take Back Your Power**

Once you’re clear on why you came up short, take responsibility.

It might have been another person who let you down. A boss. A friend. A partner. But take responsibility for what YOU can do to change your situation and how you react to it.

Write this statement to yourself:
“I accept responsibility.
I accept it. I forgive you. I thank you. And now I have the power.”

You’re not blaming circumstances anymore – you’re reclaiming control.

**STEP THREE: The Magic Happens** ✨

Keep following for step three – this is my favourite part. This is where the magic happens.

For now, just enjoy the clearing of last year’s weight. Allow yourself in this space of freedom from last year and nothing yet to do this year.

Just enjoy the now. 🙏
