My happy place in London to enjoy the silence and reset ❤️
Because silence matters in a busy city
Living in a big city like London, constant noise becomes normal—traffic, crowds, notifications. But I’ve learned how important it is to step away from all of it.
Silence helps me reset. It clears my head, lowers stress, and gives me space to enjoy the present moment. In a big city I silence is the real gold. A quiet place where the noise finally fades is priceless and we all need somewhere like that.

Save your wrists in downward facing dog!
A common mistake in downward-facing dog is to put lots of weight on the arms and wrists that could lead to injury or discomfort.
Try this instead! Bend your knees first and push the hips UP and BACK by pressing the palms onto the mat. Then start to extend the legs. Don't worry if it doesn't happen immediately, with practice and a bit of patience you'll build the flexibility.
