KPS offers an intellectually exciting environment in which pupils can learn and grow, but also have fun. While our staff are rigorous in their approach to teaching and learning, they are thoroughly modern in their outlook and practice. We have put together a 21st century curriculum to meet the needs of our students as they grow and develop, and as they prepare themselves for the fast-paced and ever-changing world around us.

Our End of Year school trip to Sicily was an incredible blend of adventure, ancient history, and stunning scenery. One of the absolute highlights was trekking up Mount Etna, Europe’s highest active volcano.

Next, we visited the beautiful town of Taormina and the famous ancient Greek Theatre.

We finished our journey in historic Siracusa, where we took to the water for a brilliant boat trip. Cruising along the coast, we got a unique view of the ancient island of Ortigia and even got to venture inside the striking sea caves carved out of the white cliffs.

As part of our programme of Field Days, students recently enjoyed a trip to see Hercules in London's West End.

Our Year 7, 8, 9 and 10 Classics students had a fantastic time watching Hercules at Theatre Royal Drury Lane. The spectacular production brought Greek mythology, heroism, and adventure to life through incredible performances, music, and storytelling.

"I'm on my way, I can go the distance!" A fitting reminder that with determination and courage, anything is possible.

Reaching new heights πŸ§—

Our Year 7, 8 and 9 pupils enjoyed a fantastic bouldering trip to White City, challenging themselves on a range of climbing routes and developing their confidence, resilience and problem-solving skills along the way.

It was great to see so many students getting fully involved, encouraging one another and embracing the challenge.
