This year, you still have two unique opportunities to learn and refine the Cheung Kuen Se Ying Form, created by Grandmaster Ip Tai Tak, 5th Generation Yang Style Lineage and first disciple of Master Yang Sau Chung, the 2024 Yang Style lineage holder. This dynamic form is compact yet powerful, designed to develop internal strength.

These special Open Masterclasses will be led by Master John Ding, 6th Generation Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan expert and first disciple of Grandmaster Ip Tai Tak. Master Ding believes that the key to excellence in traditional Tai Chi Chuan lies in experiential training, known as Gau Sau (exchange hands). This concept allows participants to truly experience and apply Cheung Kuen Se Ying (Snake Form) as practiced by the masters, giving deeper insight into this ancient Chinese martial art.

During this 4-day intensive course, you will learn the complete Cheung Kuen Se Ying form. Each day begins with:
- Chi Kung III
- Daoist exercises
- Detailed instruction in learning, correcting, and applying the Snake Form postures

All training will be closely supervised by Master Ding. Expect intensive practice with plenty of Gau Sau (exchange hands), making the training both challenging and enjoyable.

This open course is suitable for all Tai Chi practitioners with at least 3 years of experience, as well as external martial artists interested in internal martial arts.
