What a ride! Last week, cycled a whopping 7378 km in 24 hours to raise money for charity 🎉🚴‍♂️

This year’s BRIT Challenge Cyclothon was our most exciting yet, with staff and students from London, Mauritius and Dubai riding through the night to help us smash our distance goal and raise £1084 for the BRIT Charity 🙌

Huge shoutout to everyone who took a turn in the saddle and made this year a massive success ❤️

Here’s to an amazing term 👏

Yesterday, we celebrated something special at Middlesex—the inauguration of our Vice-Chancellor, Professor Shân Wareing 🎉

The ceremony brought together friends and supporters of the university—from the Mayor of Barnet to local leaders in education, business and the community—to celebrate this exciting new chapter 👏

In her inaugural speech, Shân reflected on her journey and shared her vision for building on the university’s 150-year legacy of transforming lives:

💬 “Our vision is to transform outcomes for individual students and the communities we serve. University is both an individual and public good from which we all benefit. It underpins prosperity, supports culture and the arts, and strengthens the UK’s global reputation.”
