Meet the Kind Kangaroo 💛🦘

Our Kind Kangaroo helps children learn one of life’s most important skills: kindness. But not just kindness to others, kindness to ourselves too.

Through playful stories, mindful activities and meaningful discussions, children explore how to:

✨ Be kind to themselves when things feel difficult
✨ Show kindness and empathy towards others
✨ Use positive self-talk
✨ Celebrate their strengths
✨ Build caring friendships
✨ Spread kindness throughout their school community

Because when children learn to treat themselves with kindness, they’re better able to share that kindness with the world around them. 🌎💛

Last chance to join Kind Minds 26-27 before the prices go up. Our license offers end Friday 12th June. If you book a call before then, you can still secure your discount :)

🐵 Meet the Mischievous Monkey from Kind Minds!

The Mischievous Monkey loves to swing from branch to branch, chatter all day long, and sometimes gets a little carried away with BIG feelings! 🌿💭

But don’t worry—Monkey is here to help children learn simple mindfulness breathing techniques that can calm busy minds, settle wiggly bodies, and bring a little more peace to their day. 💛

Through fun stories, movement, and breathing exercises, Monkey shows children that it’s okay to have lots of thoughts and feelings—and that they have the power to pause, breathe, and find their calm.

Interested in bringing Kind Minds to your early years setting, school or MAT? I’d love to chat! Book a discovery call via our website to explore how we can work with you in 2026-27!

⏰ Don’t forget: our current reduced pricing ends next Friday, so now is the perfect time to join us :)

With thanks to the amazing for our mischievous monkey artwork!

What started as a puppy puppet is now a character children can breathe with, sing with, and learn tools for life from.

Meet the Playful Puppy! 🐶💛

During COVID I began creating some characters to make mindfulness accessible to all children.

And now…

Our much-loved early years character has had a makeover and now has his very own illustration alongside lessons, poems and mindfulness activities designed especially for our youngest learners.

The Playful Puppy teaches children the “Concentration” pillar of Kind Minds in EYFS. He helps children develop concentration and focus in a playful, accessible way, building foundations for learning, wellbeing and emotional resilience.

A huge thank you to Zosia for collaborating with us on the development of our Kind Minds brand and bringing our characters to life so beautifully. We are so excited to share these illustrations with the schools, teachers and children we support. ✨

Keep an eye out as we introduce more of our Kind Minds characters over the coming weeks!

I do this mindfulness rhyme everyday with my class and I’ve spotted so many of them using it to self-regulate around class, and even showing their parents 🫶🏻

The rhythm = recall = deepens self-regulation skills

It goes like this:

“Tap, tap, tap, soft and slow, feel my calm begin to grow”

Do this alongside “butterfly taps” kids mindfulness exercise - full video also on our YouTube channel - The Kindness Curriculum TV

Drop a 🩷 if you’ll try it with your class or at home.

There’s nothing more powerful than hearing it from the children themselves 💛

Our kind minds schools receive weekly mindful moments to build lifelong skills for emotional wellbeing. The children at have been exploring 🌸 lotus breathing and are sharing how it helps them feel calm, relaxed, and in control of their emotions. Beautiful reflections 🫶🏻

We also love to find our “happy places” to bring instant comfort into the school day.
