Today is International Day of Play, a UN-designated observance that recognises play as a fundamental right for every child and its essential role in learning and development.

We'd like to use this opportunity to highlight our Rethinking Curriculum play-based learning and continuous provision toolkit, a resource designed to support primary practitioners and school leaders. It brings together research reviews, case studies from school leaders who have implemented play-based approaches, webinars, and practical evaluation tools to help you explore whether a play-centred curriculum could work for your school and community.

This toolkit is a beneficial resource for any primary practitioner or leader looking to deepen their practice of a play-based curriculum, whatever stage you're at.
