The Old Priorian Association The official alumni association of St Benedict's School, Est. 1927. The Old Priorian Association exists both for St Benedict's School and its alumni.

Our vibrant community revolves around our calendar of events, networking and mentoring opportunities, alumni sports clubs and much more! It was fantastic to welcome our Old Priorians back to St Benedict’s for the annual netball fixtures against our 1st and 2nd VII teams.

The 1st VII secured a hard-fought 17–15 victory. The 2nd VII put in a strong performance, with the OPs taking the win 12–9.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to play, support and cheer from the sidelines.

It was wonderful to welcome back our recent leavers alongside our current Sixth Form students for our annual Prize Giving.

A special thank you to Matt Carr (OP 2017), who joined us as our Alumni Guest of Honour and shared some fantastic advice with our leavers as they look ahead to their next chapter.

Matt encouraged them to stay busy, get involved and remain curious - embracing opportunities, trying new things and making the most of all that life has to offer.

A brilliant reminder that the St Benedict’s journey doesn’t end when you leave. Our alumni community continues to inspire and support the next generation.

🏑 A great day back on the hockey field!

It was fantastic to welcome our Old Priorians back to Perivale for the annual fixture against the 1st Team.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to play, support and cheer from the sidelines. These matches are a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with old friends, welcome back familiar faces and keep a much-loved St Benedict’s tradition going strong.

After an outstanding 44 years of teaching at St Benedict's, we're delighted to celebrate Dicky Thomas as he retires from the classroom.

Dicky has inspired generations of students during an extraordinary career, and we're pleased that this isn't farewell. He will continue to play an important role in our community as Old Priorian Alumni Ambassador, helping to strengthen connections with our alumni and support the exciting future of the OPA.

Dicky shared:

"After a teaching career of 44 years at St Benedict's, I am delighted that I now have the opportunity to maintain my connection with the school by taking on this new role with the OPA. I greatly look forward to engaging with OPs and ensuring that they remain highly valued members of the school community as we embark on an exciting future."
