Nursery Practitioner

If you are passionate about working with young children and they are at the forefront of everything you do, you have a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team then we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for a friendly, fun-loving character who will fit in with our close team. We pride ourselves on providing a home from home setting for the children.

We are looking for a driven and ambitious candidate with a passion for caring for children to work as part of our Peter Pan’s family. They must be dedicated to learn from our experienced team and enthusiastic to work towards taking on a key carer role, planning activities, monitoring child progress and planning for their next steps. They will be expected to promote and encourage good practice throughout the setting.

More than anything you must be flexible, dedicated, loyal, keen to learn more, a team player and have the ability to use your initiative and think outside of the box.

We are looking for:

🌟Level 2 in childcare or above

🌟Must have good knowledge of the EYFS

🌟Paediatric first aid preferred but not essential

🌟A genuine passion for early years and a commitment to providing the best possible care

🌟Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with parents and colleagues

🌟The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
