School leaders, are you encouraging your staff to take a National Professional Qualification (NPQ) this year?

NPQs help teachers and leaders reflect on and improve their practice.

There’s only one chance to do an NPQ this academic year. They start in November .

As many teachers and leaders as you like from your school can do an NPQ at the same time. If someone has already completed an NPQ, they can do another.
